Great stay in Toronto! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Eaton Centre and close to everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again
Our Jarvis suites at 251 Jarvis Street sit in the Garden District — full downtown walkability at a calmer price point, ten minutes from the Eaton Centre and TMU. Built for week-plus stays.

The Garden District is a heritage pocket east of Yonge Street, named for Allan Gardens — the free, year-round conservatory whose six glasshouses have been growing palms and orchids since 1910. Toronto Metropolitan University starts eight minutes west, the Eaton Centre's 200-plus shops are ten minutes door to door, and Massey Hall, Mackenzie House and Cabbagetown's Victorian streets all sit inside a short radius, with St. Lawrence Market a quick streetcar ride south. It's a natural fit for TMU families, longer-stay business travellers, and anyone who wants downtown without the downtown premium — every suite is a full condo with kitchen and in-suite laundry.
Booking direct with StayToronto means no online-travel-agency markup, a local team you can reach on WhatsApp before and during your stay, and the best available rate on every suite.

Amazing experience! The place was very clean and organized, there were plenty of utensils, plates, towels, an iron, and plenty more! I was very skeptical of the location at first because the photos look unreal, but it really it's one for one what the pictures show, if not better. Every photo I took at night looked like a wallpaper, very stunning. It's also in a very nice spot relative to the city, I walked to every place I wanted to visit, including CN tower, Rogers Stadium, Toronto Islands, Eaton Centre and a lot more. There is also easy parking available on-site if you need to go further out.
Great condo downtown. Close to Easton’s center, and downtown shops. Starbucks Coffee shop on lower level is a bonus!
Allan Gardens Conservatory (free, open daily), the Eaton Centre, Sankofa Square, Massey Hall and the Church-Wellesley Village are all within about a ten-minute walk.
The east edge of campus is about an eight-minute walk — one of the closest short-stay options to the university.
Yes, roughly ten minutes door to door, with Dundas subway station at the mall entrance.
The 505 Dundas and 506 Carlton streetcars stop on Jarvis; Line 1 subway is ten minutes away at Dundas station. Most of downtown is reachable without a car.
It's our best-value downtown pocket, and the suites are full condos with kitchens and in-suite laundry — built for week-plus stays.
Take any route to Union Station (about fifteen minutes), then the UP Express runs to Pearson in roughly 25 minutes.
