The Garden District is a heritage pocket east of Yonge Street, named for Allan Gardens — the free, year-round conservatory whose six glasshouses have been growing palms and orchids since 1910. Toronto Metropolitan University starts eight minutes west, the Eaton Centre's 200-plus shops are ten minutes door to door, and Massey Hall, Mackenzie House and Cabbagetown's Victorian streets all sit inside a short radius, with St. Lawrence Market a quick streetcar ride south. Amazing experience! The place was very clean and organized, there were plenty of utensils, plates, towels, an iron, and plenty more! I was very skeptical of the location at first because the photos look unreal, but it really it's one for one what the pictures show, if not better. Every photo I took at night looked like a wallpaper, very stunning. It's also in a very nice spot relative to the city, I walked to every place I wanted to visit, including CN tower, Rogers Stadium, Toronto Islands, Eaton Centre and a lot more. There is also easy parking available on-site if you need to go further out.

Great condo downtown. Close to Easton’s center, and downtown shops. Starbucks Coffee shop on lower level is a bonus!
