About Fort York & the Waterfront

Fort York Boulevard runs through Waterpark City, the cluster of towers between Bathurst Street and the rail corridor — wrapped around the Fort York National Historic Site, with the Bentway skate trail and event space running beneath the Gardiner alongside. Coronation Park and the waterfront are a short walk south, Stackt Market and Bathurst Street sit to the west, and the Rogers Centre and CityPlace are a short walk east. The 509 Harbourfront and 511 Bathurst streetcars connect to Union, where the UP Express reaches Pearson in about 25 minutes. It suits families and longer stays that want green space and the waterfront close but a quieter base; every suite is a full condo with kitchen and in-suite laundry.

Amélie

Beautiful stay, well located near the RBC Amphitheatre and the sports centers. Everything was easily accessible on foot or by "Tangerine" bike. The listing accurately represented the accommodation, which was also very clean. Thank you!

Annie

Very well-located accommodation. Proactive and accommodating host. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, and someone was sent to fix it quickly.

Julio

The apartment has an outstanding view from the 33rd floor, and the layout and furniture are practical and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s located in Toronto’s entertainment district, close to plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy both the day and nightlife. The host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Worth noting that parking may not be available, so plan ahead. The bedroom AC units were a bit noisy, but we barely needed them thanks to the great weather during our visit.
