Amazing experience! The place was very clean and organized, there were plenty of utensils, plates, towels, an iron, and plenty more! I was very skeptical of the location at first because the photos look unreal, but it really it's one for one what the pictures show, if not better. Every photo I took at night looked like a wallpaper, very stunning. It's also in a very nice spot relative to the city, I walked to every place I wanted to visit, including CN tower, Rogers Stadium, Toronto Islands, Eaton Centre and a lot more. There is also easy parking available on-site if you need to go further out.

Great condo downtown. Close to Easton’s center, and downtown shops. Starbucks Coffee shop on lower level is a bonus!

- Noise and Socializing:
- We highly recommend against social gatherings larger than the registered group, we respect our neighbours right to a quiet spacing.
- We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM
- You agree that any noise complaints may result in a CA$850 Service Charge
- If there are more than the number of registered guests in the unit, you may be evicted and your deposit forfeited with no refund issued
- Our team may reach out to you in the event of noise, you agree to comply with their requests
- If your actions results in any legal letters, you agree to cover the cost
- Living in the space:
- We ask that you do not rearrange the furniture
- We ask that you do not unplug any of the electronics
- Doing so may damage the floor and mark up the walls and may result in a CA$150 additional cleaning charge
- You agree not to wear shoes within the unit
- Smoking of any substance is prohibited indoors
- You may smoke downstairs or on the balcony with the door closed
- If smoking is done indoors, you agree to a CA$700 smoke cleaning charge
- Do not throw any objects from the balcony, doing so will result in legal prosecution and a CA$5,000 service charge
- Lost and stolen items:
- Lost keys are a CA$150 replacement service charge
- Lost parking fob is a CA$200 replacement service charge
- We do expect all items in the unit to be accounted for, all other items will be a separate replacement charge
